受武汉大开大合的城市格局所启发，整体规划布局强调动态、立体的气势感。风车状总图规划下，不同高度的楼宇呈交错布置，拉开了建筑间距并局部转变角度，释放出城市楼宇间的通透领域，同时，实现了外部景观视野和内部庭院空间的最大化。

Inspired by the urban pattern of Wuhan, the overall planning layout emphasizes a dynamic and three-dimensional sense of momentum. Under the windmill plan, buildings of different heights are staggered, opening up the building spacing and partially changing the Angle, releasing the transparent area between the urban buildings, and maximizing the external landscape view and internal courtyard space.

Infiltrating the Edge with "Super-base"

为避免出现传统小区的孤岛状态，设计将“超级底盘”理念贯穿社区的公共空间系统：利用架空层营造沉浸式场景体验和浓郁的邻里氛围，将社区与公园、幼儿园、沿街商业有机串联，为人们提供了丰富宜人的交往体验。

In order to avoid the isolated island state of traditional residential areas, the design runs the concept of "super chassis" through the public space system of the community: the aerial level is used to create an immersive scene experience and a strong neighborhood atmosphere, and the community is organically connected with parks, kindergartens and businesses along the street, providing people with a rich and pleasant communication experience.

沿街商业空间与各地块的出入口串联，通过将零售与配套功能分散布局，摆脱了传统“一字型”集中底商的设计范式，形成“商业街区-入户大堂-街心花园”的活力轴。这种布局能有效促进街区循环流通，鼓励并邀请行人和居民共享公共街区和绿色空间。

地块之间原有的“窄街密路”布局促使设计打破泾渭分明的边界划分。首层聚落通过空中连廊将三个地块有机链接，为住户提供便捷的同时，也进一步实现内外资源的共享，消解了社区与城市之间的割裂感。

The original "narrow street and narrow road" layout between the plots encouraged the design to break down the clear boundary division. The first floor settlement organically links the three plots through the air corridor, which not only provides convenience for the residents, but also further realizes the sharing of internal and external resources, eliminating the sense of separation between the community and the city.

设计有意打破社区庭院的均质化布局。连廊将南侧公园绿地引入地块内部，通过旋转坡道在节点处营造兼具传统园林精神和现代生活气息的街心花园，使得城市公园景观不再孤立，而是被纳入到社区生态体系中的一环。

The design is intended to break the homogeneous layout of the community courtyard. The corridor introduces the green space of the park on the south side into the interior of the plot, and creates a street center garden with both traditional garden spirit and modern life atmosphere at the node through the rotating ramp, so that the urban park landscape is no longer isolated, but is integrated into the community ecosystem.

空中连廊与商铺之上的屋顶平台进行联通，形成可漫游的屋顶花园，为居民提供了更多的立体生态活动空间。同时，大量可停留的灰空间与跨街天桥的整体连缀，形成多样化的近人尺度街景，削弱了高层建筑在心理上带给人的实体拥堵感。

近3米宽的大堂挑檐延展出与外部相连的休憩空间，使人沉浸于邻近水院的幽静氛围。挑檐垂挂的格栅在光影交织下呈现细腻的变化，带来层次感丰富、温馨舒适的归家体验。

The nearly 3-metre-wide eaves of the lobby extend the rest space connected to the outside, allowing people to immerse in the quiet atmosphere of the adjacent water courtyard. The grille hanging on the eaves presents a delicate change under the interweaving of light and shadow, bringing a rich sense of layers, warm and comfortable home experience.

Navigating Toward Riverside Living

作为地标级的居住建筑，项目采用标识性的形式语言，充分提升小区建筑在城市中的辨识度。翩然起翘的超高层塔冠如同城市灯塔点亮高空，带有勇立潮头、扬帆千里的美好期许。

As a landmark residential building, the project adopts a formal language of identification to fully enhance the recognition of residential buildings in the city. The super high-rise tower crown that has risen lightly is like a city lighthouse that lights up the sky, with the beautiful expectation of bravely standing on the tide and sailing for thousands of miles.

Identifying facade language

利用避难层植入的穿插形体采用了从文字抽象而来的香槟色镂空铝板，与横向铝制线条共同构建出错动隽秀的立面效果，隐喻了长江波涛潮水的气韵。

The interlude form implanted in the refuge layer uses champagne hollow aluminum plate abstracted from the text. Together with the horizontal aluminum lines, the facade effect is staggered and meaningful, which is a metaphor for the charm of the waves of the Yangtze River.
