武汉地处汉江流域的腹地,依长江而兴,“两江交汇,三镇鼎立”造就了其独特的城市格局。
Wuhan is located in the hinterland of the Han River basin and prospers along the Yangtze River. "Two rivers converge and three towns stand together" has created its unique urban pattern.
项目坐落于汉口滨江国际商务区核心区,距长江直线距离不到1km。该区域为衔接武汉老租界和长江新城的纽带,聚集了众多优质资源和配套设施。
The project is located in the core area of Hankou Binjiang International Business District, less than 1km away from the Yangtze River. As a link between Wuhan's old concession and Yangtze River New Town, this area gathers many high-quality resources and supporting facilities.

作为该片区最后一块居住土地,项目力图在此打造滨江地标性人居样本,在充分挖掘周边资源价值的基础上,利用“超级底盘”的概念构建共享开放的社区体系,从人居体验出发,全面回应城市与社区、公共与私密的多重诉求。
As the last piece of residential land in this area, the project strives to create a landmark residential sample on the riverside. On the basis of fully exploiting the value of surrounding resources, the project uses the concept of "super chassis" to build a shared and open community system, and comprehensively responds to the multiple demands of city and community, public and private from the perspective of human settlement experience.

动态山水,错落有序
Landmark in the Ethereal Skyline
项目虽具有得天独厚的资源优势,周边环境却呈现出无序的规划面貌。
Although the project has a unique resource advantage, the surrounding environment presents a disorderly planning appearance.
地块四周高楼林立,汇集16座200米以上的超高层建筑。北面近500m高的周大福金融中心达到滨江天际线最高点,东部毗邻的绿城黄浦湾以近似城墙的形态阻隔了地块与长江之间的大部分视线。
Surrounded by high-rise buildings, there are 16 super high-rise buildings above 200 meters. The nearly 500m high Chow Tai Fook Financial Center in the north reaches the highest point of the riverside skyline, while the adjacent green city of Huangpu Bay in the east blocks most of the line of sight between the plot and the Yangtze River in the form of a near-wall.

受武汉大开大合的城市格局所启发,整体规划布局强调动态、立体的气势感。风车状总图规划下,不同高度的楼宇呈交错布置,拉开了建筑间距并局部转变角度,释放出城市楼宇间的通透领域,同时,实现了外部景观视野和内部庭院空间的最大化。
Inspired by the urban pattern of Wuhan, the overall planning layout emphasizes a dynamic and three-dimensional sense of momentum. Under the windmill plan, buildings of different heights are staggered, opening up the building spacing and partially changing the Angle, releasing the transparent area between the urban buildings, and maximizing the external landscape view and internal courtyard space.

The buildings are interleaved to form view corridors
作为刻画滨江沿岸线的重要组成部分,高层住宅中的其中两栋楼宇突破既定的高度规划限制,达到200m的超高层尺度,使观江户数在最大限度下得到满足。
As an important part of characterizing the waterfront line, two of the high-rise residential buildings break through the established height planning restrictions and reach the super-high-rise scale of 200m, so that the number of edo can be met to the maximum extent.

Shape generation strategy
高低各异的错落布局也进一步强化“动态山水”的立体格局,勾勒出层次丰富、进退有序的天际线轮廓,大大提升了城市形态的辨识度。
The staggered layout of different levels also further strengthens the three-dimensional pattern of "dynamic landscape", Outlines the outline of the skyline with rich levels and orderly advances and advances, and greatly improves the identification degree of urban form.

Maximize visual connection with the river
项目和场地周边的老建筑形成新旧对比,跳脱于周遭环境的同时,隐喻了城市中历史与现代的重叠与共生。
The project contrasts old and new with the old buildings around the site, stepping away from the surrounding environment and at the same time symbolizing the overlap and symbiosis between history and modernity in the city.

渗透边界,立体交融
Infiltrating the Edge with "Super-base"
为避免出现传统小区的孤岛状态,设计将“超级底盘”理念贯穿社区的公共空间系统:利用架空层营造沉浸式场景体验和浓郁的邻里氛围,将社区与公园、幼儿园、沿街商业有机串联,为人们提供了丰富宜人的交往体验。
In order to avoid the isolated island state of traditional residential areas, the design runs the concept of "super chassis" through the public space system of the community: the aerial level is used to create an immersive scene experience and a strong neighborhood atmosphere, and the community is organically connected with parks, kindergartens and businesses along the street, providing people with a rich and pleasant communication experience.

The "Super Chassis" runs through the community's public space system
沿街商业空间与各地块的出入口串联,通过将零售与配套功能分散布局,摆脱了传统“一字型”集中底商的设计范式,形成“商业街区-入户大堂-街心花园”的活力轴。这种布局能有效促进街区循环流通,鼓励并邀请行人和居民共享公共街区和绿色空间。
The commercial space along the street is connected with the entrances and exits of various blocks. Through the scattered layout of retail and supporting functions, the traditional design paradigm of "one-font" centralized bottom business is broken away, and the vitality axis of "commercial block - entrance lobby - street center garden" is formed. This layout promotes circulation and encourages and invites pedestrians and residents to share public blocks and green Spaces.

地块之间原有的“窄街密路”布局促使设计打破泾渭分明的边界划分。首层聚落通过空中连廊将三个地块有机链接,为住户提供便捷的同时,也进一步实现内外资源的共享,消解了社区与城市之间的割裂感。
The original "narrow street and narrow road" layout between the plots encouraged the design to break down the clear boundary division. The first floor settlement organically links the three plots through the air corridor, which not only provides convenience for the residents, but also further realizes the sharing of internal and external resources, eliminating the sense of separation between the community and the city.
