项目以天下乐·鹭洲二水为立意,取永乐大典中的礼乐为灵感,旨在描绘一幅现代南京河西的美好画面。相传在南朝年间,有异鸟飞临,官府认定此处为凤凰栖息的宝地,下令修建了一座巍峨的凤凰台。

The project site is located in the White Egret Island, there is a strange bird flying, the government identified this as the phoenix perched on the precious land, ordered the construction of a lofty Phoenix Terrace.

其中“两宜来”便是此次艺术装置的落位点,在整个项目的文化定位:”梧桐树下的金陵文艺复兴“的指导下,拟在此处打造一处艺术装置来呼应此定位。

点位落于下沉庭院的位置,三面环水,四面由玻璃幕墙围合,室内外相互延伸通透,是视觉的聚焦点。

艺术装置为大型三维异形曲面,围绕楼梯和步道布置,模拟凤凰来仪的动态,脊部曲率较大,在布置鳞片的时候需要特殊考虑,其余位置均较为平滑。

Comparison of scale sparsity

不同的疏密决定着在相同角度下会有不同的视觉感受,鳞片越疏缝隙越大,造型韵律越受影响;鳞片越密集,意味受光面积越大,线条亦流畅,形体越饱满。

通过参数化手段,对曲以进曲面行优化,根据形体走向,局部反向,滚弯,填补鳞片;对鳞片规格及旋转角度进行分析,对大小及角度进行干扰,实现方案以及数据输出可视化。

为了减少现场施工误差,我们把重心放在龙骨上,希望它不仅仅是作为结构支撑,同时能够起到精准定位作用,所以我们把龙骨做成了平面的,可以通过CNC切割,在上面进行开槽和编号,这样能够保准在现场与景观的交接,装置本身与楼梯和步道的交接,龙骨与鳞片的交接都能够输出精准的数据和定位。

In order to reduce on-site construction errors, we focus on the keel, hoping that it will not only serve as a structural support, but also play a role in precise positioning. Therefore, we made the keel flat, which can be cut by CNC and slotted and numbered on it. This ensures that accurate data and positioning can be output at the intersection with the landscape on site, the intersection between the device itself and the stairs and walkways, and the intersection between the keel and the scales.

鳞片按照形态、大小尺寸分为九种规格,由于曲面的曲率和形态变化,经过多次尝试,最终敲定为以上九种规格,通过参数化的运用,这一过程能够快速的实现可视化和数据化,在方案推敲过程中节省了很多时间。

通过参数化的方式,一个是使鳞片顺应造型趋势,另一个是对鳞片进行干扰控制,可以及时看到相互之间的变化关系,能够针对重要位置进行局干扰,同时控制人行位置的鳞片尽可能贴平,使整个装置做到可远观,可近“玩”。

前期通过打样,推敲鳞片的形态、规格、表面颜色、光泽度、边角圆润处理,同时在前期进行了鳞片批量喷色的流水线实验,一块鳞片从切割到出厂经历了至少十道工序,过程中针对油漆涂层的厚度、色差,进行了抽样检查,尽可能保证表面效果的统一。

In the early stage, through proofing, we considered the shape, specifications, surface color, glossiness, and rounded corners of the scales. At the same time, we conducted an assembly line experiment for batch spraying of scales. A piece of scale goes through at least ten processes from cutting to delivery. During the process, random inspections were carried out on the thickness and color difference of the paint coating to ensure the uniformity of the surface effect as much as possible.
