项目雄踞武汉市核心腹地——武昌湾，汇聚金融、产业、商业、生活等多重城市势能。其设计秉持“开放群落，城市聚场”的核心理念，志在打造长江中游地标级滨水国际商务社区。为应对复杂多元的功能需求与使用群体，建筑巧妙运用立体分区策略，并以“生境底盘”作为枢纽空间，高效整合多层级、多流线的交互功能。立体化的路径系统有机串联起8座塔楼，并与周边社区、滨江绿带、艺术中心、近人尺度的商业盒子、水平错落的天街以及绿意盎然的平台空间交融共生，共同营造亲和宜人的城市氛围。

Strategically located in the core area of Wuhan—Wuchang Bay—the project converges multiple urban dynamic forces spanning finance, industry, commerce, and lifestyle. Its design embraces the core philosophy of "Open Clusters, Urban Convergence," aiming to create a landmark waterfront international business hub in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. To address complex and diverse functional requirements and user groups, the architecture ingeniously employs a multi-dimensional zoning strategy. Centered around a "habitat podium" as its spatial nexus, it efficiently integrates multi-level, multi-circulation interactive functions. A three-dimensional pathway system organically connects eight towers while seamlessly blending with the surrounding community, riverside green belt, art center, human-scale commercial pavilions, terraced sky streets, and lush green platforms—collectively fostering a welcoming urban ambiance.

“立体”作为空间策略，通过空中连廊、地下空间等立体交通有效拓展了空间维度。而面对更为纷繁的人群与业态，“多维”的策略则指向一种深度复合的体验。项目匠心融入城市客厅、艺术中心、商业街区等多元业态，旨在激活一个全天候的活力社区，既服务于项目使用者，亦为市民提供独具一格的体验与便利。如何以灯光为笔，将不同维度的空间熔铸一体，同时又能因境生辉，为各空间定制专属的光环境，便成为本项目灯光设计的核心命题。

The "three-dimensional" spatial strategy effectively expands spatial dimensions through multi-level connections such as sky bridges and underground passages. Confronted with increasingly diverse user groups and business formats, the "multi-layered" approach fosters deeply integrated experiences. The project thoughtfully incorporates mixed-use facilities—including a public urban salon, art center, and commercial districts—to activate a 24/7 vibrant community that serves both its occupants and citizens with distinctive experiences and conveniences. How to wield light as a brush—seamlessly integrating multi-dimensional spaces while crafting precisely calibrated illumination that adapts to each unique setting—became the core challenge of this project’s lighting design.

项目依傍武昌湾长江之畔，建筑本身亦将水元素层层浸染于不同空间——从江岸到水院，由飞瀑至镜池。灯光妙笔生花，将微波光影流转于天花与立面之上，时而粼粼跃动，时而激越奔流，时而静谧如渊，恰如其分地呼应着每一处多维空间的独特气质。

Nestled along the Yangtze River waterfront in Wuchang Bay, the project architecturally infuses water elements through layered spaces—from the riverside edge to aquatic courtyards, cascading waterfalls to mirror-like pools. With lighting artistry, rippling light patterns dance across ceilings and facades, transforming from glimmering ripples to torrential flows, then into profound stillness—each transition masterfully resonating with the distinctive character of its multi-dimensional setting.

首层空间多元开放，灯光亦热情洋溢；二层空中花园追求自然松弛，光感随之柔和舒缓；至三层艺术空间，灯光则导向沉浸深邃之境。中庭飞瀑如银练垂悬，串联起这层层递进的光影情绪，引领穿梭其中的人们身临其境，感受空间与光影共谱的情感乐章。

Ground-level spaces, diverse and open, radiate vibrant warmth through lighting; the second-floor sky garden pursues natural relaxation with softly diffused illumination; ascending to the third-floor art space, lighting guides visitors into an immersive, contemplative realm. A central atrium waterfall cascades like a silvery ribbon, threading through these progressively evolving luminous narratives. This orchestration leads occupants on an immersive journey, unveiling a symphony of emotion composed by the interplay of space and light.

空间设计别出心裁，大堂并非直临街面，而是借由一段幽雅门廊与外界相接。在视觉秩序上，恢弘的挑檐天花构成最明亮的第一层级，其光韵由外向内绵延至10米挑高的入户大堂空间。门廊之内，立面墙体与葱茏绿植构成第二层次，灯光精妙点染，形成步移景异的视觉画卷。地面水景与花镜则作为第三层次，光感幽微静谧，着重勾勒建筑材质的肌理与细节，将精致与尊崇，无声地传递给每一位到访宾客。灯具巧妙隐于水景、植被与雕塑之间，光线皆由下而上漫射。此举不仅点亮了天花，更将水面涟漪投射其上，将水的元素由水平引向垂直维度，令空间产生轻盈悬浮之感。整体光环境柔和宁谧，细节精雕细琢，宛如将喧嚣都市中的人们温柔引入归家的心灵港湾。

The spatial design unfolds with deliberate ingenuity: rather than opening directly to the street, the lobby greets visitors through an elegant transitional portico. Within this visually orchestrated hierarchy, the soaring cantilevered ceiling forms the brightest primary plane, its luminous aura extending inward across the 10-meter-high arrival lobby. Inside the portico, vertical walls and verdant foliage establish the secondary layer, where strategically placed lighting paints an ever-changing perspective with each step. At ground level, reflective pools and botanical installations compose the tertiary tier. Here, subtly calibrated illumination highlights material textures and crafted details, silently conveying refinement and prestige to every guest. Fixtures are strategically concealed within water features, plantings, and sculptures—all emitting soft uplighting that not only grazes the ceiling but projects rippling water patterns upward. This masterstroke transcends the water element from the horizontal plane into the vertical dimension, creating a sense of weightless suspension. The unified lighting environment radiates tranquil sophistication, its meticulous details gently guiding urban dwellers from the city's bustle into a haven of spiritual homecoming.

穿越门廊，即步入入户大堂落客区。10米层高下，8根异形装饰柱擎立其间，构筑出恢弘大气、仪式感十足的空间。灯光设计延续门廊的亮度规划理念，着力强化天花的漂浮感与水波光影的投射。如何巧妙依托装饰柱体藏匿灯具，同时完美照亮天花，成为设计的关键所在。

Upon traversing the portico, one enters the porte-cochère of the arrival lobby. Soaring beneath a 10-meter ceiling, eight sculptural decorative columns stand as monumental sentinels, defining a space of imposing grandeur and ceremonial gravitas. The lighting design extends the portico’s brightness hierarchy, intensifying the ceiling’s weightless illusion and the projection of rippling water patterns. The primary design imperative became how to strategically conceal luminaires within these sculptural columns while achieving flawless illumination of the overhead plane.

灯具精妙地隐匿于装饰柱的分叉结构内，既均匀照亮柱体内壁，更重点聚焦于柱顶与天花的交接之处。受限于空间，灯光主要汇聚于柱体周围。经照明模拟优化后，我们在镜面水池中增设补光灯，为天花中部提供均衡补光，确保天花中部与两侧的亮度维持和谐比例。地面功能性照明方面，我们秉持“空间秩序优先于地面照度”的原则，仅结合天花造型点缀少量筒灯补光，主要依靠空间内透光及天花反射光满足需求。

Fixtures are masterfully concealed within the bifurcated structures of the decorative columns, achieving both uniform illumination of the column interiors and focused grazing at the critical juncture where columns meet the ceiling plane. Given spatial constraints, light is primarily concentrated around the columns. Through lighting simulation optimization, supplemental fixtures were added to the reflective pool, providing balanced fill light to the central ceiling area to ensure harmonious luminance gradient between central and peripheral zones. For functional ground lighting, we adhered to the principle of "spatial hierarchy over illuminance uniformity". Minimal downlights were strategically dotted only along ceiling contours, while primary illumination relies on interior-transmitted glow and ceiling-reflected ambient light to fulfill requirements.

内部中庭堪称项目的另一华彩篇章，三层通高，飞瀑如银河倾泻，巨柱贯穿其间，水元素充盈空间。灯光旨在营造空间悬浮的意境。设计伊始便摒弃常规的拦河灯带勾勒手法，转而思考如何凸显垂直向的力量与延伸感。灯光依循瀑布、绿植及柱体设置，着重强调其竖向的挺拔之势，建筑天花亦随之被自然照亮，宛若漂浮于垂直森林之上的梦幻之境。

The interior atrium emerges as another pivotal design crescendo—a triple-height volume where a galactic cascade plunges between monumental columns, saturating the space with aqueous energy. Lighting orchestrates an ethereal levitation of architecture. Departing from conventional cove lighting delineation from inception, the design instead pursued vertical dynamism and upward extension. Precisely calibrated illumination traces waterfalls, vertical gardens, and structural columns, accentuating their soaring verticality. This approach naturally bathes the ceiling in light, conjuring a celestial canopy that appears to float above this vertical forest.
